Frankie's Fake Take On Detox Kitchen's Avo Pina Colada Banana Smoothie!

Ingredients:

-Frozen avocado (handful)

-Frozen pineapple (recently subbed this for frozen Mango and still tastes great!)

-1 Banana

-Oat milk 

-Glug of maple syrup 

Kat's Summer Berry Smoothie!

Gabriella's Smoothie 

Easy, quick breakfast smoothie

Ingredients:

-Frozen Strawberries ( 1 cup full) 

-Fresh Peaches, Sliced 

-Handful Of Ice 

-Filtered Water/ Coconut Water (gives it some pizazz)

Ingredients:
-1 Banana 
-1 Tbl Spoon Of Peanut Butter
-1 Tbl Spoon Of Honey
-4 Tsp Chocolate Powder
-1 Tsp Coffee 
-150ml Milk
-3-4 Ice Cubes
